My passion for sourdough baking began with a desire to offer my loved ones something natural and healthy. Store-bought pastries lacked the taste and quality I was looking for. That's how I discovered the world of sourdough. Baking with sourdough is an entire philosophy. It takes time and care, but the results always delight me and my clients.
All my baking is made using live sourdough, without industrial yeast and enhancers, making it easier on digestion. I use only natural ingredients: top-quality flour, butter instead of margarine, and local products. Long fermentation gives the products a rich taste and aroma. My recipes are inspired by traditions, which I modernize to meet contemporary healthy eating requirements. With love and without extra hassle for you!

We deliver on Friday evening or Saturday morning by arrangement.
You can pay for the order on the website or through the courier.
